In this I haven't set up the other pages as of yet. This is simply an idea of what it looks like.
The ticker is configurable to the background colour but I haven't figured out yet if I can change the text colour. It can have as many items as we would like.
the menu on the left is done with the css file.
The whitespace at the top is where we can put in a banner.
